Inspired by the act and concept of reuse, repurpose and recycle, I strive to bring old or discarded things to new light. Collage is about juxtaposition and interpretation. I love the hands-on exploration and discovery of collage and assemblage that inevitably leads to surprise compositions along the way. I draw inspiration from my family history, my travels and hikes, and my sketchbooks.

Cancer Lifeline & The Northwest Collage Society present Read Between the Lines. Cancer Lifeline is celebrating their 50th year, and the NWCS is celebrating its 40th year. I have paired up a new collage with a wonderful poem by Wendy Pender. Show runs through end of November. Contact venue for viewing hours.
